The Real Programme
A highly interactive learning experience focused on practical application and real behavioural enablement.
Over five months, in small groups of 8–12 participants, structured around onsite modules in Vienna, online workshops, and individual coaching.
Throughout the journey, a trusted environment is created for honest exchange, challenging perspectives, and learning from real business experiences across industries. Roni brings more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in developing people and organisations. He has been actively involved in complex B2B sales environments, driving high-impact sales processes, creating value and helping organisations turn sophisticated solutions into measurable business results. He specialises in programmes that transform potential into performance — by developing growth mindset, skills and behaviours that create real impact in practice.
Roni combines a strong psychological foundation in Transactional Analysis (TA) with modern approaches to influence in sales and leadership. His methodology is built on behavior enablement — the deliberate development of concrete behaviours through focused practice and feedback until they become natural and reliable in real situations. The goal is to build habits that are difficult to develop, but at the end easy to apply under pressure in real business environment.
Roni is an ICF-certified coach with a strong track record of leading training programmes in international organisations such as SAP, Canon and Cirtuo. He was member of a global training team and is founder of international training company Evolé. He delivers his work in German, English, Slovenian, and Croatian.
